bp44 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bp44" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the bp44 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bp44.io and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the bp44 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the bp44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your bp44 Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account by bp44 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game Providers" refers to the certified third-party software developers whose games are made available on bp44, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Supported Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the base currency of all bp44 transactions.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

By accessing the bp44 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bp44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bp44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these terms is a precondition of your right to use the bp44 platform. bp44 reserves the right to decline or terminate any account at its sole discretion where a player is found to be in breach of any provision of these terms.

If you are using the bp44 platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that person or entity accepts full responsibility for compliance.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bp44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the bp44 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bp44 or any associated responsible gaming body.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another person in respect of your bp44 account activity.
• You have not previously had a bp44 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bp44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one active bp44 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bp44 employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering your bp44 account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You must notify bp44 promptly of any changes to your registered details, including your contact information or payment method. bp44 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bp44 will never ask you to reveal your password or OTP through any communication channel.

bp44 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

All deposits into your bp44 account must be made using one of the supported payment methods listed above. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bp44 does not impose a platform-level processing fee on deposits made via the supported methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bp44 accepts no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your bp44 account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. bp44 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, including those belonging to family members or associates. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

bp44 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation to verify the origin of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits are credited to your bp44 account balance in real time or as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bp44 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network outages.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used to make your most recent deposit, where technically possible. bp44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity has been verified to bp44's satisfaction.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been fulfilled in full.
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold as published on the bp44 platform.

bp44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. bp44 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving payment provider.

bp44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds and to request supporting documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the satisfactory outcome of any such investigation.

bp44 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which may include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bp44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, bp44 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.
• bp44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus cancelled and may face account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the bp44 platform.

bp44 is not responsible for any technical errors that result in the incorrect crediting of a bonus amount. Any erroneously credited bonus funds may be corrected or withdrawn from a player's account without notice upon discovery.

All casino games available on the bp44 platform are supplied by licensed Game Providers and governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between any general bp44 terms and a game's specific rules, the game's specific rules shall take precedence in respect of gameplay outcomes.

bp44 operates under a strict fair play policy. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unintended outcomes or winnings.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of genuine deposits.

Where bp44 suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the account in question. Any funds resulting from prohibited conduct will not be released under any circumstances.

bp44 makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted availability of any specific game title. Game Providers may update, modify, or withdraw titles at any time, and bp44 accepts no liability for any such changes to its game library.

All sports bets placed on the bp44 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market at the time of placement. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published within the bp44 sportsbook.

The following general betting rules apply across all bp44 sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. bp44 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where bp44 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bp44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules — generally, postponed events settled as void and stakes returned unless the event restarts within a specified period.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

bp44 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets. Where a single settlement event would result in a payout exceeding bp44's maximum win threshold for the relevant market, the payout will be capped at that threshold.

bp44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorised use of payment methods or identity theft.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or match-fixing activity.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, following notice to the registered contact details.
• At the player's own request via the self-exclusion mechanism.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bp44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., at the player's own request or due to inactivity), any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the player following successful identity verification.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting bp44's support team. A request to close an account will be processed within five business days of receipt of the request, subject to the resolution of any pending bets or withdrawal requests.

All content available on the bp44 platform — including but not limited to the bp44 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, text, graphics, game assets provided under licence, and promotional materials — is the property of bp44 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bp44 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any bp44 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the bp44 platform.
• Use the bp44 brand, name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the bp44 platform through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bp44's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

bp44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bp44 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication regarding your account and applicable promotions. bp44 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data held by bp44 is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and subject to strict internal access controls. bp44 retains player data for the period required under applicable law and its own compliance obligations, after which data is securely deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bp44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of wagered funds due to circumstances beyond bp44's reasonable control.

bp44 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bp44 is not liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

bp44 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Changes to game titles or market availability made by Game Providers.
• Your reliance on information provided on the bp44 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these terms limits bp44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

bp44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bp44 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact details or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as published on the bp44 platform, supersedes all prior versions. Your continued use of the bp44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version became effective.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to bp44's customer support team for resolution. bp44 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within ten business days of receipt.

bp44 operates as a safe and reliable platform. We do not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing from any particular governmental authority in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bp44 platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
